We offer free shipping to the USA. Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we are exploring options to expand our reach in the future.
3. What is your return or exchange policy for damaged items?
All sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue. Due to the unique value of each commemorative coin, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. As an alternative, we offer the option to receive a candle without the token. Candles need to be redeemed within one year of purchase.
4. How do I know the value of my coin?
Each coin comes with a redemption code, which allows you to claim your bitcoin. The value will be calculated based on the current USD value of bitcoin at the time of redemption and will be sent to your wallet.
5. Do I need to use the Strike app for my wallet?
No, you can use any bitcoin wallet address to claim your bitcoin. It doesn’t have to be through the Strike app.
